My kiddo and I just love playing dress up as many of you would know if you follow us. This summer now that she is 6 she got to help plan out this session. She is obsessed with mermaids and dolphins right now so it seemed only fitting that she wanted to be a mermaid herself. We picked out the perfect costume for her and of course some matching wigs. Because mermaids have long flowing hair!
We had selected a location close to home but then a last minute trip to Ucluelet dropped in our laps. So we packed up the camera gear and everything we needed to do the photo shoot there.
With all the forest fires happening in BC this summer the smokey skies made for an incredible sunset. We headed to Amphirtrite Point Lighthouse to capture these beautiful photos.
